Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Spiritual MeroGuru, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all our users, devotees, and service providers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Service Bookings (Puja, Consultation, or Event)
Once a service is booked and payment is confirmed, our gurus, astrologers, or priests begin preparation for your personalized service.
For this reason, cancellations or refunds are only accepted under limited conditions:
a. Cancellation by User

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, no refund will be provided, as arrangements are already in process.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
b. Cancellation by Spiritual MeroGuru
If a service is canceled by our team due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no additional cost.
c. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend or connect for an online consultation or booked service at the scheduled time, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
2. Digital Services (Horoscope Reports, Kundali, etc.)
For instantly delivered or downloadable digital products:

All sales are final — no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the product is generated or emailed.

In case of technical issues (e.g., incorrect or undelivered report), please contact our support team within 24 hours, and we will resend or correct the report.
3. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact our support team at support@meroguru.com before initiating a chargeback.
We’ll review your request and resolve it promptly.
